Our introductory course that continues the love of song and dance; teaching rhythm, coordination, basic dance steps, musical games and self expression without parent participation. Short songs are taught each term with fun actions and dance steps.

Our upbeat jazz class will get you breaking a sweat and dancing to your favourite songs from radio hits to Broadway! We begin this class with a cardio warm up/stretch followed by technique and finishing with a super fun jazz routine focusing on strong lines and stylised movement.

Acrobatic dance, or acro as it is commonly referred to, is the dynamic fusion of classic dance technique and the athletic precision of gymnastics. In this class students will learn flexibility, strength, and control to perform tricks, balances, and tumbles, all with the aid of a professional instructor and floor mats.

Hip-hop dance is a vibrant form of dance that combines a variety of freestyle movements including the three main styles of popping, locking, and breaking. This style is currently one of the most popular and influential styles of dance.

Come enjoy the excitement and beauty of classical ballet! This class primarily focuses on technique and strength through the execution of barre work, centre, and across the floor exercises. Ballet is the foundation on which many other dance styles are built and assists in developing a clear understanding of body alignment, movement quality, carriage of upper body, and flexibility.
